The Vellura 7-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Vellura Luxury purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be requested for return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • All original luxury tags, packaging, boxes, and protective materials must be intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose jewellery cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. The Return Process

  1. Contact Concierge: Reach out via WhatsApp or email within the 7-day window.
  2. Approval: Provide your Order Number and the reason for return/exchange. If defective, please include photos.
  3. Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your location.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon receiving the item at our boutique, we will inspect it. If approved, we will process your exchange or provide a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size (e.g., for 3-piece sets) or prefer a different color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, speak directly to our concierge to initiate a swap.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

Vellura prides itself on elite craftsmanship. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please evaluate your order upon reception and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at our absolute expense.
