1. Processing Time
All authentic luxury orders from Vellura are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Logistics
We partner with trusted nationwide couriers (e.g., Pathao, RedX, Steadfast) to ensure your luxury items are handled with care. All deliveries are fully tracked.
4. Payment Method & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Vellura Luxury exclusive operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You will pay the courier partner only when your package is safely delivered to your hands. For high-value custom bridal orders, our concierge may contact you for a partial advance payment.
